Good with cats? Not Tested, but he should not likely be near small animals that he may . chase such as cats, bunnies, squirrels and birds.
Good with kids? Not Tested. Kelp adores people and may jump up to show affection, so supervision around small kids would be important as he’s still learning his manners and may knock them over with his happiness.
Energy level: High! Kelp is a working breed dog with a strong drive for food, play and exercise. He thrives on activity and needs abundant daily play and mental stimulation. He loves fetch, running and anything interactive, and needs a yard.
Animal Characteristics: Kelp is energetic, affectionate, charming, goofy and incredibly loving. He is both a party animal and a cuddle bug. He thrives on attention and love, and enjoys being around people and other very playful dogs. He has a playful spirit, a loyal nature, an outgoing disposition and loves meeting new people. He is young and will need an adopter who is dedicated to continuing his training with patience and consistency.
