- Volunteer Handbook (All volunteers have signed this, so make sure you read it!)
- Foster Manual (includes foster policies and FAQs)
- Animals In-Need List (Current fosters can view a list of cats and dogs looking for foster homes, as well as short-term foster needs)
- New Foster Intake Sign-up (Fosters, please sign up for an open slot as soon as possible after tagging a new foster animal.)
- Supply Request Form (Please pick up supplies during intake. If you have supply needs outside of intake, please fill out the Supply Request Form and email dicia@pawscoadoptions.org)
- Foster Bio Form (to be filled out within 5 days of bringing your animal home. Please note that filling out this form indicates that you DO NOT want to adopt your foster animal.)
- Temporary Foster Request Form (to be filled out by PawsCo fosters only when requesting short-term care)
- Foster Transport Request Form (to be filled out by PawsCo fosters only when transport is needed to Intake, vet appts, etc.)
- Calendar of Upcoming Events (intake dates, adoption events, etc.)
- Training and Behavior Resources (need one-on-one training support? Email foster@pawscoadoptions.org to connect with a PawsCo trainer)
- Adoption Process (all your adoption questions answered!)
- Foster Medical Guidelines (vetting policies and expectations for our fosters)
- Foster Medication Tracking Log (to be filled out by PawsCo fosters when administering medication)
Foster Reminders:
- All foster animals must attend intake for vetting and photos prior to being cleared for adoption.
- Foster animals are not permitted in public (including adoption events) until they have been fully vetted and medically cleared by the Vet Care Team.
- Going out of town? Let us know ASAP so we can arrange short-term care for your animal. Foster animals are required to be in possession of approved PawsCo fosters at all times.
- Please keep a collar and PawsCo identification tag on your animal at all times.
- Some animals take longer than others to be adopted–we appreciate your commitment to fostering your animal until he or she is adopted!

- Email vet@pawscoadoptions.org, foster@pawscoadoptions.org, and director@pawscoadoptions.org (one email with all email addresses)
- Call the Emergency Line (720-675-7722)
- If it’s a matter of life or death, get the animal to the emergency room and call the Executive Director on your way or when you’ve arrived
