Animal Characteristics: Echo is a very happy, sweet pup who is blind due to cataracts. He has keen senses of hearing and smell and gracefully navigates life with a wagging tail. He needs an environment that is safe to explore, with gates and protected stairs. He loves to be near humans, lie in laps and be held.
