Good with dogs? Yes, she loves dogs and is curious and non-reactive when meeting new dogs on leash. She will correct other dogs if they push her. When playing, she’ll do best with other dogs who match her high energy level.

Good with kids? Yes, Cali is is sweet and gentle with children.

Energy level: Medium to High. She enjoys playing for extended periods of time and taking long walks, and will do well with an active adopter. She loves to jump and could clear a 6 foot fence if she tried! She does well with tough chew toys since her play style can involve mouthiness.

Animal Characteristics: Cali is an energetic love bug and snuggle pup. She loves to meet new people, will jump up, shower you with kisses, and never turns down an opportunity for cuddling. She is food motivated, eager to please, smart, and a quick learner! She is learning her best manners, knows the command “sit,” is learning “lay down” and “come,” and is working on crate training. Cali’s coat was feeling itchy and feels much better now that she’s  taking an inexpensive daily fish supplement. She is a joyful young pup who will benefit from continued training in her loving forever home, and may enjoy a doggie companion and playmate.
