Name: Isabella
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Sex: Spayed Female
Age: 4.5 months
Weight: 3.5 lbs
Good with dogs? Yes
Good with cats? Yes, she loves playing and cuddling with her siblings and will do best with a cat sibling or friend in her forever home.
Good with kids? Not Tested, but she warms up quickly to new people.
Energy level: High, with typical kitten energy. She loves toys and can happily play with anything she finds in her environment!
Medical/Behavioral needs: Isabella is FIV+. FIV is a feline-only retrovirus that affects a cat’s immune system. She is currently asymptomatic and in good health. An adopter should be aware that FIV can make a cat more vulnerable to other medical issues because their immune system is not as strong as an FIV negative cat. FIV is not transferable to humans or dogs and can only be transferred to other cats through a deep cat bite.
Animal Characteristics: Isabella is the most brave kitten in her litter! She was the first to bond with her human foster, and her siblings followed her lead. She is a love bug who purrs very loudly when pet and likes to be picked up and cuddled.
