Meet Nala!

Meet Nala!

Nala
Domestic Short Hair (Black/Orange Tortoiseshell)
Female
3 months old
3 lbs. (and growing!)

Nala is my name. That’s right! I was named after a strong, loyal and absolutely gorgeous lioness.

And I’m going to grow up to be just like her.

Until then, I’m a typical kitten. I’m a happy, cute, funny, curious, smart and energetic purring machine that loves to cuddle. I also love to play—with people, with other cats, with toys, even by myself sometimes.

What I’d like though, is to be YOUR happy kitten! To be your cute and funny companion, cuddle buddy and playtime pal! In return, I will grow into the most loyal friend you’ve ever had! What do you think?  It’s a great idea, right?

And it’s easy to do too! Just send a quick email to adopt@pawscoadoptions.org and complete an online application here: https://pawsco.org/adoptions/catadoptionapplication/. And that’s all there is to it!

Meet Flurry!

Flurry
Heeler/Shepherd Mix
Female
10 months
34 lbs.

I’m an alert young lady who’s looking for a patient, calm Mom or Dad and at least one other pup that likes to play! I’m crate-trained and love the backyard! I’m still working on getting used to new things, so a house with small kids is probably not the best place for me, but I’m trying hard to be more brave.

Meet Amara!

Meet Amara!

Amara
Domestic short hair
Female
1 year old
7 lbs.

Looking for a date to the ball? I am a distinguished debutant and love nothing more than socializing with all the pleasant people in PawsCo!

In my past life, I had the great pleasure or living with other mellow meow-ers and a very dignified doggo. I pride myself on getting along with others. How else does a young feline like myself get a reputation for being classy?

These days, I really make a point of relishing my humans, taking advantage of warm window sills, and dreaming about what a forever family would feel like. I imagine a family who buys me tons of feather toys while ensuring plenty of time for activities such as napping, cuddling, and spending quality time together in other important ways.

Because my manners are impeccable, I am happy to report that I am an excellent litter-box user, remain calm at the vet, and try my darndest not to be scared of unexpected noises like a loud bark.

Well, I hope you’ve enjoyed reading a little about me and my refined demeanor.  If you need some charm in your life, look no further!  You can apply to adopt me here: https://pawsco.org/adoptions/adoption-application/or email my friends at adopt@pawscoadoptions.org to learn more!

Meet Winnie!

Meet Winnie!

Winnie
American Pit Bull Terrier mix
Female
2 years old
45 lbs.

Winnie here! People say I’m always smiling, and that is true! But who wouldn’t be smiling when they’re a PawsCo pup?! I’ve met the best people here at PawsCo, and they tell me that life is only getting better from here. If it’s possible, my smile’s gonna grow even wider when I find my forever family!

Let’s talk about things that make this girl smile!

  • Belly rubs? You bet!
  • Toys? The squeakier the better!
  • Walks? Love them as well as hikes and runs and any chance to be active!
  • Naps? Duh! I love to exercise, but I’ve got a couch potato side too.
  • Humans? Of course! (I can be a little shy when first meeting them, but that doesn’t last long!)
  • Dogs? Some pups make me a little nervous (especially the bigger ones!) but I probably wouldn’t mind an easy-going pal who can be patient with me as I get to know them! But would also do just great as the only pup in the house.
  • Squirrels? Pure evil. (I do my part my chasing them any chance I get!)

There’s just SO much to smile about these days, and I can’t wait to share my perma-grin with my forever family! And THEY will be smiling when they see what a good girl I am in the house! No accidents for this girl. I also love my crate and like to take naps there. Sure, I’m a youngin’ and still learning a few tricks of the trade (like not jumping up when I’m just so excited, and not to pull on the leash) but I’m a smart girl and am picking up on them quickly!

I’m so excited to be a PawsCo pup and even more excited to meet my forever family! So let’s make that happen, shall we? Email my friends at adopt@pawscoadoptions.org and fill out an adoption application https://pawsco.org/adoptions/adoption-application/ on the PawsCo website today!

Meet Emmylou!

Meet Emmylou!

Emmylou
Domestic Short Hair Tabby
Female
2 years old
7 pounds

Well hey there! I’m Emmylou and I’m pleased as punch to make your acquaintance.

I’m a bit of a Southern belle. I pride myself on being sweet as spun sugar. Yes indeed! I like to take life at a leisurely pace and enjoy the newfound comforts of living indoors.

See, I was found malnourished and skinny while caring for eight kittens! I’m a nurturing soul and have been keepin’ an eye on them in the foster home and we’ve been learning just how plum wonderful it is to feel safe. Now my kittens are old enough to move on and find homes of their own, so I guess I need to start looking for my forever family. Good thing I warm up quickly to new friends and love to rub up on people and even mellow dogs. There’s no room for fussin’ and fightin’ in my honest opinion. I’d much rather we all just get along.

Now, I make cute chirping noises that bring a smile to the face of anyone who hears my adorable call. I’m trustworthy and can roam a home while the people are out and not get into any trouble. Truth be told, I’m just looking for a peaceful place to call my own.

Can you please offer me the hospitality I’d so happily return with love and affection? All you have to do is send an email to my friends at PawsCo or fill out an adoption application. Thank you kindly!

Meet Matilda!

Meet Matilda!

Matilda
Domestic Short Hair
Female
9 months
5 lbs. (and growing!)

Abracatabra!

Matilda’s the name and I have magical, mystical kitten powers. I may be shy because of my rough start in life, but like a phoenix rising from the ashes, I’ve been able to come out from under my cape to spread love, cuddles, and purrs wherever I go.

Since magic is exhausting work, I can often be found napping. And if you can’t find me at all, it’s not because I am being timid and decided to hide. No. No. It’s that I am practicing my disappearing tricks. Poof! Let’s just say, the disappearing tricks are my favorite ones to practice.

My magic has allowed me to be a young, independent artist, but truth be told, I wouldn’t mind going to a forever home that has other budding magicians too. I could see myself enjoying dog, cat, and little human magicians alike.

If you need some enchantment in your life, look no further!  You can contact my friends at adopt@pawscoadoptions.org and fill out an adoption application at https://pawsco.org/adopt/catadoptionapplication/ to learn more!
