Thank you for your interest in saving a life! Adoption is incredibly important and we are happy you’d like to be part of the solution to pet overpopulation. All PawsCo Adoption animals receive a physical exam by a Certified Veterinarian Technician or Licensed Veterinarian. In addition, cats are tested for Felv/FIV, dewormed, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on their vaccinations: distemper (RCP), and rabies, when minimum age requirement is met (rabies 3+ months and FIV tested 6+ months).
Please complete the adoption application below to begin the approval process*. A PawsCo Adoption team member will be in touch with you within 24 hours following completion of this document. *By filling out an adoption application you acknowledge that you understand your new pet will take time to adjust to your home, and will give your new animal time, patience and training to transition. You also acknowledge by submitting an application, that adoption is a commitment for the life of the animal.
Please note: The application will time out 30 minutes after you begin. If you have any problems, please email us at email@example.com
Please read: As soon as you adopt an animal from PawsCo you accept full legal, medical and training responsibility for the animal for the remainder of their life. All PawsCo animals have seen a veterinarian and are up to date on vaccinations, have been spayed or neutered and have a microchip. Please make sure you have considered all aspects of adoption prior to adopting an animal, including living situation, allergies, household activity level and commitment to a new family member. PawsCo is a volunteer-run, foster-based rescue and does not take returns. You will receive medical records electronically from PawsCo within 7 business days.
