Dog Adoption Application

Thank you for your interest in saving a life! Adoption is incredibly important, and we’re happy you’d like to be part of the solution to pet overpopulation while also finding your lifelong companion.

Please complete the adoption application below to begin the approval process. A PawsCo Adoptions team member will be in touch with you within 48 hours following completion of this document.

By filling out an adoption application (and if approved through PawsCo’s application approval process and meet and greet process), you acknowledge that  your new animal companion will take time to adjust to your home. You are committed to giving  your new animal companion love, patience, and positive reinforcement training during that transition and thereafter. You also acknowledge by submitting an application that adoption is a lifetime commitment and, from the minute you finalize an adoption and bring an animal into your home, he or she will always be a part of your family going forward.

All PawsCo Adoptions animals have been fully updated on all their basic vet needs prior to being available for adoption. All animals have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and are up to date on vaccinations (dogs: DAPP, Rabies if older than 4 months, and bordetella) (cats: FVRCP, rabies if older than 4 months.) All dogs over 7 months old have been tested for heartworm and dogs of all ages are started on monthly heartworm preventative. All cats over 6 months have been tested for FIV/FELV. We ask adopters to be committed to continuing an animal’s basic vet care needs by providing regular vaccinations for your animal, monthly heartworm treatment for dogs, and all other medical needs they may need going forward.

Please note: The application will time out 30 minutes after you begin. If you have any problems, please email us at

** If the application will not submit, and a circle is simply spinning next to the button, your application has timed out.  Please open a new page, and copy your responses to resubmit.
